Like many other states of the United States of America, Washington has also promulgated a statute of laws regarding worker’s compensation in case of any injury or the death of the worker during work time. The aim of all this exercise is to provide a speedy justice as well as financial compensation to the workers who meet accidental injuries during work hours. It also helps to share the risk factor to which they are exposed during their working hours.
